3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?
If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we process your personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract. To provide the Services you request.
- Legitimate interests. To secure and improve the Services; prevent abuse; and support transparency and integrity (balanced against your rights).
- Consent. For optional activities (e.g., certain marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation. To comply with applicable law, court orders, or regulatory requirements.
- Vital interests. In rare cases, to help prevent serious harm.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Personal Information?
We may disclose personal information:
- Service providers that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, customer support, payment processing, security). These providers are bound by contracts limiting use to our instructions.

We do not permit third parties to use your personal information for their independent advertising or to build user profiles inconsistent with this Notice.
5. Do We Offer AI‑Based Features?
We may use AI‑assisted systems for moderation, deduplication, entity resolution, and fraud detection.
- We apply safeguards (e.g., human review for escalations) and do not use AI outputs to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human oversight.
- Training of our models uses aggregated/de‑identified data where possible. We do not sell personal information for AI training.
- You may contact us to inquire about logic involved, significance, and the envisaged consequences where required by law.
6. How Do We Handle Social Logins?
If you choose to register or log in using a social account, we receive certain profile information from the provider per your settings there. We use that information to create or link your account. You can disconnect social logins in your account or with the provider. We are not responsible for the provider’s own practices.
7. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
We are a U.S. company. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for cross‑border transfers.
8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de‑identify it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., in backups), we securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, hardened infrastructure, and regular security review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
No. The Services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

- Access (know) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.

To exercise rights, see How to Access, Update, or Delete Your Data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
12. Controls for Do‑Not‑Track

We maintain policies for incident response, access management, and vendor oversight. If we become aware of a data incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
16. Automated Tools, Moderation, and Transparency Ledger
We apply automated and human‑in‑the‑loop moderation to help prevent abuse (spam, impersonation, inauthentic engagement) and to preserve the integrity of the transparency ledger.
- Public contributions (e.g., listings, Voice profiles, offers, sponsorships, and ledger entries) are intentionally public to advance platform transparency. Please do not include personal information you do not wish to make public.
- We may rate‑limit, quarantine, or remove content that violates our Terms or legal obligations. You can appeal moderation decisions by contacting support.

Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on adequacy decisions where available or enter into standard contractual clauses with recipients and implement supplementary measures as needed.
